Meet Chef David Ewan
The heart and soul of DeVine Catering is Chef David Ewan, whose culinary journey spans over 34 years. Chef David’s Jamaican heritage inspires his love for bold, home-cooked flavors with a gourmet and international twist.
Chef David’s passion for the culinary arts began in Jamaica, where he managed multiple restaurants before pursuing formal training in the United States. His remarkable journey includes earning a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, managing four restaurants, and later studying Culinary Arts at the prestigious Schoolcraft Culinary College in Michigan. There, he was mentored by some of the world’s finest Certified Master and Executive Chefs.
For Chef David, it’s all about using the freshest ingredients and preparing dishes with the purest intentions. His dedication to creating gourmet meals and providing impeccable customer service keeps clients coming back time and again.
