Growing Community Leaders through the LEADership Blue Springs Program

Did You Know the Blue Springs Chamber holds a leadership class every year? It's called LEADership Blue Springs and was designed to help you develop skills and knowledge of our community through monthly workshops that focus on local business, government, quality of life, and volunteer services.

LEADership Blue Springs (LEAD) was established in 1991 by the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce to develop a community leadership pool. Participants will develop skills and knowledge of our community through a series of workshops focusing on business, government, quality of life, and volunteer services.

Participating in the LEAD class provides you:

  • A unique opportunity to gain access to top business, civic and community leaders who play integral roles in the region.

  • A behind-the-scenes view of the processes, programs, opportunities and challenges that impact the City, County and State

  • An opportunity for participants to meet and exchange ideas with each other and with current community leaders
